The Business Office Manager is responsible to assist the Administrator, Director of Nursing and Director of Social Services with clerical and administrative support.

The Business Office Manager is responsible to assist the Administrator, Director of Nursing and Director of Social Services with clerical and administrative support.

What are my responsibilities?
- Provides administrative support to the Administrator and Director of Clinical Services.
- Complete prepaid and private pay collection activities as well as tracking resident Medicaid annual reviews, pending applications and status.
- Provides support to residents and responsible parties including managing resident trust, communication of resident financial responsibilities, general education of insurance company's payment responsibilities.
- Receptionist duties including covering the front desk.
- Completion of business support functions including processing daily bank deposits, census reporting, ancillary charge posting and reconciliation, petty cash management.
- General administration office management including maintaining emergency call tree listing, educating and meeting calendar scheduling, copier care, ordering office supplies, etc.
What do I need to be considered?
- STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least three years' experience in administrative business office functions.
- Skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
