Pay: Starting at $18.00+ per hour based upon experience, certification and education.
All Hillcrest medication aides are required to provide cares (hence the requirement of having an active CNA) - we do not hire team members to solely pass medications.

What are my responsibilities?
- Provides personal care to the patients on assigned neighborhood.
- Observes and reports obvious physical and behavioral abnormalities to the nurse manager immediately.
- Responsible to document all patient care in POC and notify Nurse Manager of refusals of care or abnormalities in vital signs.
- Answering call light timely to determine the patients' needs.
- Pass medications utilizing the Five Rights.
What do I need to be considered?
- STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
- An active CNA in the state of Nebraska (or willing to transfer your license to Nebraska).
- An active 40-hour medication aide in Nebraska.
- Focus on resident care, team player.
