Director of Senior Living Sales

Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Director of Senior Living Sales for our Senior Care Community, Hillcrest Silver Ridge.

The Director of Senior Living Sales is responsible for expanding and maintaining business and referral relationships for Hillcrest Silver Ridge, specifically sales, admissions, meeting census goals in the Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Gives tours and follow-ups to meet closing goals and achieve census results.


  • Records independent living, assisted living, memory care and Garden Home opportunities as well as all daily sales and sales activities into the CRM system timely according to policy and keeps all data accurate and up to date.


  • Creates an exceptional phone, walk-in and tour experience for new prospects and families resulting in high conversion from intake to tour, to deposit and ultimately move-in.


  • Manages the admission process for all new admissions to Hillcrest Highlands and creates excellent first impressions for new customers.


  • Assists in developing and maintaining the Quarterly Sales and Marketing Action Plan for the community.


What do I need to be considered?

  • STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).


  • At least three years of senior living sales/admissions experience required.


  • At least two years' experience leading a sales team.


  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business or related administrative field; Master's degree preferred.
