Lead Concierge

Hillcrest Health Services is currently seeking a Lead Concierge for newly opening Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna!

The Lead Concierge acts as the liaison for the residents, assisting them with any concerns, maintenance issues, or other personalized services.

What are my responsibilities?
  • Participate in daily/weekly administration meetings.
  • Manage all incoming calls, visitors and outside vendors.
  • Process invoices for payment.
  • Review prior shifts Daily Activity Logs and respond to inquiries, messages or e-mails as needed.
  • Assist the Administrator and Sales staff.
  • Assist residents with personalized services.

What do I need to be considered?
  • STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two years in business office functions.
