Hillcrest Health and Living is currently seeking an On-Call Concierge to join our team at Hillcrest Highlands in Gretna, NE.
The Concierge is acts as the liaison for residents, assisting them with any concerns, maintenance issues or other personalized services.
Pay: $15.50 - $18.99 per hour
With this position being on-call, this individual must be willing to cover a variety of hours as needed for things like planned vacation.

What are my responsibilities?
- Manage all incoming calls, visitors and outside vendors.
- Maintain shift Daily Activity Log.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct security checks through common areas.
- Assist residents with personalized services.
- Clean lobby, administrative area and theater as needed.
What do I need to be considered?
- STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
- At least one year of administrative business office functions.
- Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Windows and MS Office.
