Operations Assistant

Hillcrest Health and Living is currently seeking an Operations Assistant to join our in-home private duty Caring Companions team in Bellevue, NE.

The Operations Assistant is responsible for assisting the Hillcrest Caring Companions office team along with participating in the on-call rotation.

Pay: $16.00 to $19.60 per hour based upon experience and education.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Answer and triage incoming calls from clients, team members and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate with clients and team members regarding their schedule and changes.
  • Document and follow up regarding missed clock-ins, clock-outs, and signatures.
  • Assist the Client Support Assistant with intros, delivering badges and uniforms.
  • Assisted the Team Member Specialist with team member retention efforts.
  • Assist the Staffing Specialist with assigning shifts to caregivers.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation.

What do I need to be considered?

  • At least one year of experience in administrative business office functions including software usage, clerical support duties and business office equipment use.
