Director of Maintenance
Hillcrest Health and Living is looking for a Director of Maintenance to join the team at Hillcrest Country Estates the Cottages in Papillion!
The Director of Maintenance is responsible for coordination and implementation of all service needs of the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, equipment, building and mechanical systems for the Cottages.

What does a day in the life look like?
• Ensure that Life Safety Codes are being followed in every cottage.
• Educate cottage team members on areas of Life Safety.
• Conducts, logs, and maintains records of monthly fire drills, load testing for cottage generators, QAPI dashboard information, and weekly water temperatures.
• Plans, organizes, and problem solves the needs of the Maintenance & Environmental Service teams.
• Responsible for the total fiscal management of the Maintenance department.
• Responsible for maintaining all communication systems including guest call lights, team member pagers, and cottage telephones.
What should I have to be considered?
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year experience with HVAC and PTAC units required.
• At least one year experience with Life Safety Code and maintenance procedures preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.
