Hillcrest Health Services is looking for our next Director of Senior Living Sales!

The Director of Senior Living Sales is responsible for expanding and maintaining business and referral relationships, specifically marketing, admissions, sales and meeting census goals.

What does a day in the life look like?

  • Develop and maintain the Quarterly Marketing Action Plan. Work with the Area Director to maintain the plan and execute all aspects including competitive analysis.
  • Maintains the established sales and marketing standards.
  • Monitors and recommends actions to improve sales processes and conversion rates. Provide training and ensures team members are following established tour protocols.
  • Records senior living opportunities as well as daily sales and marketing activities into the CRM system timely according to policy and keeps all data accurate and up to date.
  • Responsible for the community outreach activities and make marketing calls and visits as defined in the Quarterly Marketing Action Plan.
  • Creates an exceptional phone, walk-in, and tour experience for new prospects and families resulting in high conversion from intake to tour, to deposit, and ultimately move-in.

What should I have to be considered?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related administrative field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least three years of senior living sales/admissions experience required.
  • At least two years' experience leading a marketing or sales team.
